Join Jesse Maceo Vega-Frey for silent daylong retreat of vipassana meditation. Periods of guided sitting and walking meditation throughout the day will help ease people into this simple practice of gentle pervading awareness of mind, heart and body.

A light vegetarian lunch will be provided. This day or practice is offered freely dana (generosity) to The Stone House will be gratefully accepted. Appropriate for beginners and long-time meditators. Wear comfortable clothes. We have plenty of meditation cushions but feel free to bring whatever you like with you.
