 Join us for a silent daylong retreat of vipassana meditation. Periods of sitting and walking meditation throughout the day will help ease people into this simple practice of gentle pervading awareness of the activity of mind and body. Instruction will be given and a light lunch will be served. Appropriate for Beginners and long-time meditators. This day of practice is offered freely; donations to The Stone House are gratefully accepted.
